3rd Annual Healthy Hart 5K Walk/Run

Join us for our 3rd Annual Healthy Hart 5K Walk/Run! This year, we continue to offer virtual and in person options for all participants! Registration will remain open until April 29. Early registration is $35. The day of the event, registration increases to $45. All registered participants will receive a medal and tshirt.

A 5K is approximately 3.1 miles. During this event we are celebrating SAAM (Sexual Assault Awareness Month) and honoring and memorializing all victims and survivors, to include our military service members and vets. Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and DV are seldomly spoken to but we will highlight survivors like Paula Coughlin and victims like Vanessa Guillen and LaVena Johnson. 

Bring your familiy and friends and know that all proceeds provide direct services to victims/survivors and education services that impact youth, bystanders and awareness year round!
