We invite you to join us as we celebrate the hard work and growth of our 2026 summer interns! In just 8 weeks, our Junior Thrivers have transformed into confident young leaders.
This special event is more than a graduation, it is a powerful reminder of what happens when our youth are supported, encouraged, and given room to THRIVE.
This showcase is an opportunity to recognize their accomplishments, hear about their experience, and celebrate the skills and confidence they have built throughout the summer.
This event is FREE to attend and open to the public. Community members, families, partners, and supporters are invited to join us in cheering on our interns and celebrating the next generation of youth leaders.
Donations are appreciated and will help Three Hart Connection continue providing meaningful opportunities for young people in our community.

The Junior Thrivers Program is an 8-week in-person summer internship program designed to support youth ages 16–24 in building foundational career readiness and professional skills, as well as confidence for their future. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and personal development, interns gain practical tools that prepare them for future employment, leadership, and continued growth.
As part of their internship experience, interns also complete Three Hart Connection’s Project: CJ - Healthy Relationships curriculum, a series of Teen Dating Violence prevention workshops created in honor of Caleb James, a young man who lost his life to Teen Dating Violence. Through this instruction, interns learn about power and control, healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, warning signs of abuse, and how to support peers who may feel stuck in unsafe relationships.
Take a look inside our Junior Thrivers Program, an 8-week internship, where Transitional Age Youth (16–24) are equipped with the tools to build confidence, develop career readiness, and learn the importance of healthy relationships. Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, interns walk away with valuable skills that equip them to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
You can still make an impact by donating to help us continue supporting survivors, empowering youth, and protecting our community.
