The Junior Thrivers Program was created as an opportunity to support the future of our youth whilst promoting the cultivation of healthy relationships by teaching youth about the signs of Teen Dating Violence and Intimate Partner Violence.
The Junior Thrivers Program is an 8-week-long IN PERSON summer internship program created to support Transitionally Aged Youth (ages 16-24) by helping them develop basic career readiness, personal, and professional skills. All interns in the program will participate in the full Three Hart Connection Teen Dating Violence curriculum to gain an understanding of Power & Control relationships and walk away with a "Healthy Relationships Toolbox," holding all the knowledge needed to leave or support a peer who may feel stuck in an unhealthy relationship.
Our 2025 cohort graduated and were inducted into our Shaping Alumni into Leaders Network (SAIL)! Stay tuned for the announcement of the 2026 application. If you are interested in sponsorship, donation or partnership - contact us!
Inspired by Project CJ, a program focused on providing youth with the resources and educational tools to assist in preventing teen dating violence, our Scholarship Essay Contest allows transitionally aged youth (ages 16-24) the chance to win a scholarship by submitting an essay that demonstrates an understanding of the risks of unhealthy relationships.
