The Junior Thrivers Program was created as an opportunity to support the future of our youth whilst promoting the cultivation of healthy relationships by teaching youth about the signs of Teen Dating Violence and Intimate Partner Violence.
The Junior Thrivers Program is an 8-week-long IN PERSON summer internship program created to support Transitionally Aged Youth (ages 16-24) by helping them develop basic career readiness, personal, and professional skills. All interns in the program will participate in the full Three Hart Connection Teen Dating Violence curriculum to gain an understanding of Power & Control relationships and walk away with a "Healthy Relationships Toolbox," holding all the knowledge needed to leave or support a peer who may feel stuck in an unhealthy relationship.
The application is now open and will close at 11:59 PM PST on May 12th, 2025. The required interviews for prospective program participants will be held from Thursday, May 22nd to Saturday, May 24th.
We encourage all applicants to read through all of the information on the application before submission, and reach out to us if they have any questions at threehartconnection@gmail.com.
Inspired by Project CJ, a program focused on providing youth with the resources and educational tools to assist in preventing teen dating violence, our Scholarship Essay Contest allows transitionally aged youth (ages 16-22) the chance to win a scholarship by submitting an essay that demonstrates an understanding of the risks of unhealthy relationships.
In 2024 we received 22 scholarship applications, and 5 essays made it to the judgment panel!
The essay topic for this years applicants was: Perserverance through and unhealthy relationship.
